The Spa at the Institute, located in the beautiful and spacious Institute for Aesthetic Surgery, is the original medical spa in Atlanta. For almost 20 years, our pledge to our clients has been to offer skin treatments in a safe and relaxing environment that truly work.

It is our mission at The Spa to not just meet, but to exceed the demands our clients have for the most advanced physician-directed skin and body care. Our devotion to providing you the best in medical skin and body care has made us one of the leading medical spas in the Atlanta area.

The Institute for Aesthetic Surgery was completed in 1999. We are conveniently located minutes from Georgia 400 and I-285 Perimeter Highway. Housed within the Institute are the offices of Aesthetic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons, P.C. (Dr. John Armitage Rusca); Dr. John C. Munna., PC; IAS Surgery Center; IAS Hospitality Suite; and The Spa. Each of these facilities contributes to the total care of our patients and clients.

The Spa includes three beautifully appointed treatment rooms, a shower and bath area, make-up bars, reception and consultation areas. Clients are always encouraged to use our make-up bar post-treatment. A light and fresh make-up application by one of our highly trained staff members is complimentary with all our services.
